Administration
The settings in Platform Administration control who can use Storyteq CMP, what each person can do, and how content is organised so people can find it. To open it, select Administration in the bottom-left navigation.
These guides cover users and access, taxonomy and lenses, and the templates and channels your teams work with.
Setting up a workspace for the first time? Follow the steps in Get started as an administrator, which puts these guides in order.
Users and access
A person’s access depends on two things: the roles you give them and the groups they belong to. If you’re new to how the two work together, start with the tutorial, then the explanation. The reference lists what each role preset can do in each part of Storyteq CMP.
If your organisation uses multi-factor authentication, these pages explain how it works, how to roll it out, and how to reset a user who loses their phone.
Taxonomy and lenses
Taxonomy keywords make assets findable, and lenses use those keywords to decide which assets appear on each portal page. Set up your taxonomy before you create lenses.
